Wool is able to absorb a large amount of moisture (up to 33% of its weight) without causing any discomfort and creating a particularly good microclimate during sleep.

HOW TO CARE FOR:

• Wool bedding doesn’t collect any secretions or sweat, as wool is very breathable.
• Good quality open-weave wool bedding only needs to be sprayed with water and brushed from time to time.
• It can also be washed at home: wash the blanket thoroughly with a special detergent designed for wool and then rinse it well 2-3 times in lukewarm water.
• After rinsing, it is a good idea to leave the blanket in the bath for 1-2 hours to let the water drain out, which will make it much easier to lift and hang.
