Wool is a natural and long-used fibre. This fibre has unique properties created by nature, such as good thermal insulation and air permeability, making wool u-fill products suitable for both winter and summer. Wool is able to absorb a large amount of moisture (up to 33% of its weight) without causing any discomfort and creating a particularly good microclimate during sleep.
HOW TO CARE FOR:
- Wool pillows do not collect any secretions or sweat, as wool is very breathable.
- A good quality open-weave wool pillow only needs to be sprayed with water and brushed from time to time.
- It can also be washed at home: with a special detergent designed for wool, the pillow should be thoroughly kneaded and then rinsed well 2-3 times in lukewarm water.
- After rinsing, it is a good idea to leave the pillow in the bath for 1-2 hours to let the water drain out, which will make it much easier to take out and hang up.
